# Privacy Policy

## Who we are

This site is run by Harrigan Creative LLC, a marketing agency in Columbus, Ohio. Questions about anything on this page go to henry@harrigancreative.com.

## What we collect

**Form submissions.** If you fill out the contact or proposal form, we get what you typed: your name, email, and whatever you tell us about your business. That lands in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.

**Analytics.** We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site: pages visited, clicks, scrolls, session replays, and heatmaps. Microsoft explains what they do with that data in their [privacy statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).

**Hosting and security logs.** The site runs on Cloudflare, which logs requests (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve the site and block abuse.

**The local-rankings checker.** When you run a rankings report, the business you select, your keywords, and your email go to our reporting system at dashboard.harrigancreative.com so it can build the report and email it to you.

**Spam protection.** Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots.

## Cookies & local storage

The site stores your theme preference (light or dark) in local storage under `hc-theme`, plus a few one-time flags so popups don't nag you twice. Clarity sets its own cookies for analytics. There are no ad-tracking cookies here. Your browser settings can clear or block any of this.

## How we use it

Three things: reply to your inquiry, deliver the report you asked for, and improve the site. We don't sell personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

We keep form submissions and report requests as long as they're useful for the conversation they started. Want to see what we have on you, or want it deleted? Email henry@harrigancreative.com and we'll handle it.
