I started Harrigan Creative because I'd worked with too many agencies that took the retainer, sent the report, and went quiet. The work I do now is the work I always wished those agencies had done — actually doing the thing, week by week, with a phone you can pick up.

I'm an Ohio State student building a real agency. That sounds odd until you do the math: I've put in more hours, picked up more software, and shipped more real client work in the last three years than most people do in five. I take the work seriously because my clients can't afford for me not to.

The team is small by choice. Specialists I trust handle execution — a media buyer for paid, a copywriter for content, a developer for builds — but every account runs through me. You don't get reassigned. You don't sit in a ticket queue. If you signed with Harrigan Creative, you work with Harrigan.

Most of our clients are within an hour of where I sit. I've stood in their shops, walked their job sites, watched their booking flows on the customer's side of the screen. Local-first isn't a tagline here. It's how the work gets done.

And one more thing. We don't do long contracts. Every engagement is month-to-month. I'd rather earn your next thirty days every thirty days than trap you in a twelve-month agreement and stop trying. If the work isn't worth it, you should be able to leave. Most people don't.
